Piazza Giulio Piccirilli
Deputato eletto nel collegio elettorale di Ceccano nelle lista liberale del collegio elettorale uninominale del Regno d'Italia. Nato a Roma il 20 dicembre 1856 deceduto il 4 aprile 1927 deputato XXIV legislatura 1913 - 1919, laurea in Giurisprudenza, si spese moltissimo nel favorire gli emigranti con aiuti sostanziosi. La piazza semicircolare, posta su di un torrione della Rocca medioevale, al centro sorge il monumento ai Falvaterrani caduti in guerra, (1915-1918) opera dello scultore Prof. Giacinto Bardetti, da questa piazza, si gode di un magnifico belvedere

Giulio Piccirilli Square
Member of the electoral constituency of Ceccano elected on the liberal list of the uninominal constituency of the Kingdom of Italy. Piazza Santa Maria Maggiore
La chiesa di S. Maria Maggiore in Falvaterra è una delle più antiche chiese presenti nell'area della valle del Sacco. E' dedicata alla Maria Vergine Assunta in Cielo, risale al XIV secolo, e fu edificata in ricordo di quella del V secolo, esistente nella distrutta città di Fabrateria fu restaurata ed ampliata nel 1604. Nel 1843 vennero avviati importanti lavori che durarono circa 60 anni e che portarono la chiesa ad assumere la configurazione attuale, con la creazione della navata centrale si può parlare di Complesso Monumentale della Chiesa di S. Maria Maggiore. La piazzetta prospiciente la chiesa contempla i palazzi Amati e Piccirilli e il vicolo medioevale adorno di archi e logge, nei tempi passati il parco della Chiesa era il centro della vita cittadina fu qui che il 17 settembre 1627, dal popolo riunito venne acclamato S. Sosio avvocato e protettore del paese, e stabilito che in perpetuo il giorno della sua festa (23 Settembre) nessun cittadino dovesse lavorare per celebrare degnamente il suo nome.

Santa Maria Maggiore Square
The church of S. Maria Maggiore in Falvaterra is one of the oldest churches in the area of the Sacco valley. Piazza Pietro Benedetti
Dedicata a Mons. Pietro Benedetti 1921 arcivescovo di Tiro, delegato apostolico in Messico Nunzio Apostolico a Cuba e Portorico poliglotta ed educatore nacque a Falvaterra il 19 maggio 1867 da Beniamino e da Anna Maria Tranquilli, morì a Siena il 6 settembre 1930. Ora riposa in ricco sarcofago, nella chiesa delle anime sante del Purgatorio al lungotevere Prati. Qui si arriva da Via del Forno Vecchio, così chiamata dal forno dei Colonna ove tutti i cittadini erano obbligati a far cuocere il loro pane.

Pietro Benedetti Square
Dedicated to Mons. Pietro Benedetti 1921 archbishop of Tiro, apostolic delegate in Mexico Apostolic Nuncio to Cuba and polyglot Puerto Rico and educator.Was born in Falvaterra on May 19, 1867 by Beniamino and Anna Maria Tranquilli, died in Siena on 6 September 1930. Now he rests in rich sarcophagus, in the church of the holy souls of Purgatory at the Lungotevere Prati. Piazza della Porta
Palazzo Benedetti (del 1631) qui nacquero S.E. Giovan Battista Benedetti, Senatore di Roma nel periodo napoleonico e S.E. Mons. Pietro Benedetti. Dal bastione dinanzi la Porta si ammira un bel panorama sulla valle del Sacco, nella casa presso il bastione abitò per più anni il Maestro Domenico Bertoni, nativo di Castel San Giovanni (PC), ma Falvaterrano di elezione, per circa un quarantennio insegnante nelle scuole di Falvaterra, molti suoi scolari frequentarono gli studi successivi con profitto fino a laurearsi con eccellenza. Sorpassato l'arco, siamo subito al Ponte qui, con ogni probabilità, doveva esserci il ponte levatoio che immetteva al castello.

Della Porta Square

Piazza Umberto I
Da via Roma (già via del muro rotto) passando sotto l'arco della Chiesa si ritorna nelle Piazza Umberto I. La piazza con fontana in pietra rappresentante la solidarietà, ospitava la chiesa di S. Rocco, per secoli sepolcro della Comunità, che sorgeva su di un'antica cappella dedicata a S. Sebastiano. Annessa a questa chiesa, ora demolita si può osservare una Cappella degli Amati, il cui ricco altare di alabastro è ornato da due colonne, da due piccole cunette e da una pregevole cornice racchiudente copia dall'originale della pala di altare raffigurante il "Trapasso di San Giuseppe" attribuito al pittore Antonio Cavallucci da Sermoneta (1752 - 1795). La cupola, bellissima, è ornata di stucchi e diverse pitture, detta cappella, che è l'unica esistente in Falvaterra, venne eretta dalle fondamenta nel 1728 ed a spese dell'Abate Mons. Giuseppe Amati, protonotaro Apostolico, che riposa in un sepolcro esistente nel pavimento di essa.

Umberto I Square
From via Roma (already via the broken wall) passing under the arch of the Church we return to Umberto I Square. The square with stone fountain representing solidarity, housed the church of San Rocco, for centuries the tomb of the Community, which stood on an ancient chapel dedicated to S. Sebastiano. Attached to this church, now demolished, you can see a Chapel of the Amati, whose rich alabaster altar is adorned with two columns, two small bumps and a valuable frame enclosing the copy of painting of St. Joseph by Cavallucci da Sermoneta 1752 - 1795. The dome, beautiful, is decorated with stuccos and different paintings, called the chapel, which is the only one in Falvaterra, was erected by the foundations in 1728 and at the expense of the Abbot Monsignor Giuseppe Amati, Apostolic protonotary, who rests in a sepulcher existing in the floor of it.
